BHS Boys undefeated for first time in school history

Boy’s Score: Boardman 145, GlenOak 59, Canton McKinley 34
The undefeated season in program history with a 15-0 record. They will now prepare for their tournament part of the season with their Sectional Championships on February 9th held in Canton, Ohio.

Boardman’s only double event winner was Matthew DunLany in the 100 Fly (53.10) and the 500 Free (5:04.63).

Single event winners include: Noah Basista 200 IM (2:01.11), Jordan Stackpole 200 Free (1:52.04), Teddy Anzevino 1 Meter Diving (207.05), Will Linker 100 Free (49.17), River Flatley 100 Back (:57.88), and Siman Mascola 100 Breast (1:10.05).

The Spartan Boys won the 200 Medley with team members of River Flatley, Noah Basista, Mason Rassega, and Siman Mascola (1:43.88), and the 400 Free Relay team members of Will Linker, Jordan Stackpole, Matthew DunLany, and Noah Basista (3:23.63).

Girl’s Score: Boardman 136, GlenOak 75, McKinley 49
The Boardman Girl Tankers finished their regular season run at CT Branin.

Natatorium in Canton, Ohio by defeating GlenOak and Canton McKinley. The Lady Tankers will now prepare for their tournament run of these season starting with a Sectional Championship on February 9th in Canton.

The double event winner includes: Mikel Flatley in the 100 Butterfly (1:02.98) and the 500 Freestyle (5:46.67).

Single event winners include: Alyssa DiNapoli 100 Back (1:06.64), Hayley Ho in the 100 Breast (1:11.75), Jennah Markovitch in the 100 Free (57.56),

The Boardman relay team of Alyssa DiNapoli, Mikel Flatley, Jennah Markovitch, and Alison Kuras won the Medley Relay (2:00.73).

The Boardman Girl’s finish the season with a 15-2 record.
